Built in 1931, the 12-story, neo-gothic Zuelke Building was the first high rise in Appleton. This former office building boasts one of the city’s few intact original interiors, and in 1982, was added to the National Register of Historic Places. Today, the Zuelke, located in Houdini Plaza, has been re-envisioned as mixed-use development that artfully blends vintage charm with a modern, urban vibe.
